PS: Sometimes the email with the login credentials may end up in your Spam or Junk folder, so please also check those folders if you do not receive the email within 5 hours. If you still do not see the email, please feel free to contact our Customer support team for assistance.

Yes, our service is available worldwide, and you can use your iptv subscription with different IP addresses. This allows you to use the service in different locations, such as on a holiday or business trip. All you need is an internet connection.

You can set up your iptv subscription with multiple devices but you can only use a subscription once at same time. If you want to use two devices at same time you need a second subscription.
PS: Smart STB app and MAG Device users cannot switch from devices.

Yes, we offer refunds for our IPTV service under certain circumstances. Please check our terms of service for information on the Refund policy.
