Refund Policy

We appreciate your business and are committed to providing high-quality IPTV services to all our customers.
However, we understand that in some cases, you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:


  • Full refunds are applicable within the first 7 days of use, and only for subscriptions of 3 months or more.
  • If you have been subscribed for more than a month and you experience problems or our service stops working after the initial 30-day period, we can refund the remaining period of your subscription. (This policy applies only to plans of 12 months or more).


  • The refund will be refused if it comes from a malfunction on your part (e.g., a bad connection, using a poor media player app, a defective device).
  • The refund is not valid for one (1) month subscriptions.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide a valid reason for the refund request.
  • We reserve the right to determine the validity of the refund request.

PS: If a refund is issued, the customer’s access to the IPTV service will be terminated immediately.


  • For any refund request, please contact us through our Contact page, and one of our agents will contact you within 24 hour for processing your request.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • We will process the refund within 48 hour, but sometimes it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account.

Please note that we strongly believe in our service and support it unconditionally, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all the time. Therefore, we advise you to request a free trial before taking out a long-term subscription. Our team is always available to assist you with any technical problems, and we provide installation guides to help you configure the service on your device.
